Colin grew up in his father’s photography studio in the vibrant neighborhood of Chelsea in Manhattan. He got his first taste of photography shooting the underground rave scene in New York City as a teen, which led him to pursue a photography major at The Fashion Institute. During his time there, he built relationships that allowed him to work in the fashion industry shooting NYC Fashion Week and working at Twelv Magazine. As his interests changed, he took an opportunity to assist Mark Seliger and most recently Platon. These opportunities were a passport around the globe and a vital learning experience.
Since then, he’s been exploring even more aspects of the visual-storytelling process by art directing and shooting video projects.
